Shipping Methods:
  • Orders under 150 lbs: We utilize UPS for shipments of moderate weight.
  • Orders over 150 lbs: These may be shipped via Less Than Truckload (LTL) or, if necessary, split into smaller shipments for optimal handling.
Processing Time:
  • Order processing time varies based on the size and complexity of your engraving request.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available upon request, subject to additional fees.
Shipment Tracking:
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
  • For LTL shipments, tracking information will be provided through the designated freight carrier.
Split Shipments:
  • Orders exceeding 150 lbs may be split into smaller shipments for practical and logistical reasons.
  • Each shipment will be individually tracked, and you will receive separate notifications for each part.
Shipping Costs:
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
  • Costs will be displayed during the checkout process for your transparency.
Delivery Time:
  • Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process and are subject to carrier policies.
  • Llama Laser is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues.
Shipping Address:
  • Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. Llama Laser is not responsible for misplaced or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect addresses provided.
International Shipping:
  • For international orders, additional customs and import duties may apply. Customers are responsible for these fees.
Order Inspection:
  • Customers are advised to inspect shipments upon delivery. Report any damages or discrepancies to our customer service team within 7 days.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
  • If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or other shipping issues, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
